For my part, I only wish to play as black and, unfortunately, chess.com does not seem to give me this option, as of yet. Hopefully, in the future, it will be able to do this, as a setting option.

I used to think that the clear pieces were White because they were transparent and the frosted pieces Black because they were opague. Clear was the lighter color in my mind.

2010年11月12日 · The pieces I got were the Zurich series from USCF (black and natural) and this is a heavy set! The pieces are really nice to look at, too. Between the boards, the vinyl is a lot better looking (grn/wht) and the pieces slide nicely on the board.
