2022年10月14日 · The files are not waiting to upload, they were already uploaded and then I deleted them from the folder – that is when the dotted cloud icon appeared. I also went to icloud.com and permanently deleted the files but the dotted iCloud icon is still there. iCloud is already turned on in System Preferences. I did find this but I am not a developer.

2021年5月8日 · A dotted-line cloud icon indicates the file may be waiting to upload. If these are song files and you're using Apple Music or iTunes Match, the dotted-line cloud icon can also mean the song can't be matched, or that it is no longer available in the Apple Music catalog.

My old phone shows it has backed up 35Gb. Can I delete the 35 Gb from my icloud old phone using my new phone, ? I don't have the old phone as I traded it back to version when I got the new phone.

2022年11月21日 · Voice Memos are not included in iCloud Backup with iOS version 12 or later. Also note that you cannot view any contents of iCloud Backup; you can only use the backup to do a full restore of a device or to setup a new device. Voice Memos can be synced with your other devices via iCloud.
