Upon restart, it works fine again. Since I build the computer, I found that the motherboard I originally bought had issues, so I have since swapped MOBO's and PSU's, although the problem persists. When installing the new MOBO, I also wiped the computer again and reinstalled windows. Freshly updated and installed all drivers needed.
