2007年5月30日 · Another Dogfish story: My dad had just purchased a chatterbait at the sportsman show, when they were the hottest lure out there and not even in stores yet. So about 10 minutes into the breaking in the chatterbait, he hooks a dogfish, gets it into the boat, release it and starts casting the chatterbait back out again.

2010年5月31日 · Dogfish are pretty mean, and they do destroy lures.. But they are only decent fighters. They mostly just roll around and shake their heads. Never had one take off on a drag peeling run, or give any kind of aerial show tho. And Ive caught a lot of dogfish! lol Never intentionally tho. Always while targeting other species.

Wanton waste is a bad idea because rotting fish release ammonia into the soil which leaks into the water, encouraging bacterial growth and algae into our beloved lakes ...

2008年7月7日 · Was fishing for Panfish and caught a big Bowfin (dad called it a dogfish?). Man did that thing fight. Bent my hook and was it an ugly thing. First time I have seen one of these fish. Do people eat these things. My dad said nothing but bad things about it.

2013年1月24日 · Don't get me wrong, I try anything once. And if I don't like it I try it 3 or 4 more times just to be sure. I bet it's fantastic when you cook it. Hell, if I catch one I'll give it a shot. I just can't help but to think dogfish when I see it and those things are just plain ugly.
