2011年1月10日 · ESP, not LTD, are absolutely top of the line guitars and the Eclipse Custom Full Thickness, providing its passive, sounds just like a Les Paul Custom as that is essentially what it is. I love ESP Eclipse and Viper guitars, the LTD line is also high quality, far higher than squier and other crud like that.

2019年12月24日 · The Ltd has a much smaller neck that feels more like a Music Man..always reminds me of the difference between a fender precision bass neck and a Ibanez Soundgear. Cant recommend them enough. Ive loved Esp/LTD ever since seeing Queensryche rocking them in the late 80's, right after giving up their Kramers.

2011年11月21日 · Hell, even the ESP Custom Shop prices are reasonable! I spec'd out and almost ordered an ESP Custom Shop Eclipse. I wouldn't necessarily call the 200 series "junk". For a kid who only has a couple hundred bucks to spend, the LTD 50 - 250 series are great for that price point. Granted its not an ESP but for $200-$300 they're good quality!

2022年7月14日 · E-II guitars are the current name for the old ESP Standard Series. They're made on a production line in Japan. The ESP Custom Shop and ESP Original Series guitars are made by their custom shop luthiers and sell in the $4k USD range now. The LTD guitars are all made outside Japan, the EC-1000 models are either Korea or Indonesia.

2021年3月26日 · I don't have it anymore (wish I did!), but I had an LTD Viper 256 that was excellent. Great tone, great feel, rock-solid tuning, exceptionally well-made for the money. I sold it to fund the purchase of one of my absolute favorite guitars, so I can't say I "regret it," exactly, but I wish I'd had something else to sell in its place.

There are no those guitars in a store, so I can't try them. I tried some models of LTD and Charvel before and they were equally good for me, so no preferences on neck

2021年9月11日 · I think that's all of them. I really like ESP guitars; how they feel, how they play. I got into the brand via signature guitars, but I think they're really great values at their price points. Maybe not so much now, with every brand going up in price, but through the mid 2010s, I thought they were quality contenders at every price point above $300.

2023年11月9日 · I ordered this used LTD M-1 Custom on Reverb and it serendipitously arrived at my place during band practice. I have a lot of guitars, and most of them are early 90’s MIJ (Ibanez mainly). This is the first ESP/LTD guitars I’ve played and I have to say this is one of the best sounding, well...
