2020年11月3日 · Many areas around the Mediterranean have images of Medusa, always in a protective capacity: at the thresholds of homes, on top of temples, carved onto plates and cups, and so on. Medusa was everywhere. The further back we go, the more of her we can find. By Hesiod's time, she had already diminished quite a bit from her peak, it seems.

The drawing is based of the statue with the same name! The red cut-away was something I had seen in a photoshopped image somewhere online, and that gave me the inspiration to run with this! Thanks for the kind words ! you can check out more here if you want!

2020年1月15日 · Second in my series of randomly-rolled-and-drawn monsters from the D&D Monster Manual, we have a Medusa. I had a minor obsession with Greek mythology as a kid, and I always thought Medusa was so cool. She was the only one of the Gorgons that ever got any press, really. I guess this one's not necessarily THE Medusa.

2021年5月24日 · well, I'm not freelance or even pro, so yeah. but it's good for tracing sometimes, learning about form or muscle or perspective, etc, it's about how to use it, it's not about right or wrong and not about "actual drawing". if you just doing "automatic line pulling" that's when things become useless when comes to tracing. it's just my opinion.
