2011年8月15日 · By popular demand, Heathkit is bringing back the kit building tradition. Successfully building your own products provides a sense of pride and accomplishment, not realized by simply buying something off the shelf. In late August, Heathkit will debut their new line of Do-it-Yourself kits for common around-the-house items.

In all, the new Heathkit GR-91 represents great advances over its predecessor, the AR-3--it is much easier to build and offers many more outstanding features found before only in expensive, factory-assembled units.

Since then, Heathkit has announced and sold a few kits in its new lineup of products. In addition, limited repair service on vintage products, reprints of manuals and schematics, remaining inventories of original parts, and upgrades of some vintage models are available. Let’s hope that the “new” Heathkit can prosper.
