The Wisconsin Supreme Court, composed of seven justices, is the state's highest court. Located in the state capitol, the Supreme Court has appellate jurisdiction over all Wisconsin courts and has discretion to determine which cases it will review.

December 4, 2024 - The Wisconsin Supreme Court voted to accept four cases at its November 12, 2024 conference. The Court also acted to deny review of a number of other cases. The case numbers, counties of origin and the issues presented in granted cases are listed here.

Justice Jill J. Karofsky was elected to the Wisconsin Supreme Court on April 7, 2020 and took office August 1, 2020. Before her election to the Supreme Court, Justice Karofsky served as a judge on the Dane County Circuit Court to which she was elected in 2017.
