If the driver does not have a particular envelope size then use the next larger size and make any adjustments to the layout using the margins.

Why is it that when I print on 7.25 by 5.25 envelopes the print doesn't align to the return address and to address? I set the envelope custom size and tried this with Mail Merge, Microsoft Templates (One is already a custom for this size - see Wedding Invite Envelope template) also tried without mail merge (Mailing/Envelopes).

2011年3月7日 · I'm seeing the same thing. Apparently 6.4" is the minimum size required by Word (or rather the printer driver). You will need to set the size to 6.4" x 4.38" and then, when you close the Envelope Options and Envelope dialog and have an envelope on the screen, go into Page Setup and add 0.65" (6.4" - 5.75") to the left margin.
