The first time I played through, I took it as Smasher being confused that you brought up Silverhand's name. But there's an alternate interpretation. Smasher might not even know who Silverhand is beyond being some famous rockerboy he bisected several decades ago.

If you have good enough cyberware, you can melt Smasher down so fast that his second phase where he jumps up and summons the snipers is skipped entirely. If Smasher is the 'end boss' of Cyberpunk, the unbeatable rocks fall, it devalues the concept of Humanity and Empathy as 'super stats' worth their weight in gold, with the ability to connect to other people being a super power worth sacrificing super strength or bulletproof skin for.

2021年12月23日 · Once you beat Adam, loot the carcass. You'll find an access token. When you reload to the Embers save, you'll still have that token (along with whatever weapons you collected, such as Rogue's "Pride" pistol or the one Cassidy gives you for blowing away a lot of Broseph bottles).

DOOM DOOM, CHOOM. It’s t’s a beast. I used it a couple of nights back to beat Smasher after getting zeroed a few times while using other weapons like the Testera, which is usually a one-shot-kill machine. Take a Nekomata/Breakthrough or Rasetsu for sniping the enemies on the upper balconies when Smasher takes a breather.

2023年3月23日 · Under normal circumstances V COULD possibly beat Smasher but the fight would be a lot harder. For example Smasher’s systems would be hardened against netrunner shenanigans rather than being crippled by off the shelf ICE. But, as I said, it is a video game and we are the player character. 😋
