2: I don't know if it's SPECIFICALLY the End Reel playing/killing Bendy that resets the Cycle, or Bendy dying that resets it with the End Reel being the only way to kill him in canon. While the Reset wouldn't affect Alastor, if we include it, then Bendy would just keep coming back to life like Frisk/Chara and would eventually kill Alastor.

His power over the radio probably came from him (possibly) being a radio host in real life. This meant that when he used the radio to broadcast the screams of overlords, his power over the radio enhanced.
