2021年11月14日 · Supposedly, you can access the whole assembly after you remove the glove compartment and the steering column cover. You can try the same test. After it blows warm, shut down and start back up. If it goes back to ice cold, it's not the heater core.

The heater control valve on a 2015 Audi A3 is located in the engine compartment near the firewall on the passenger side (right side). It is connected to both the heater core hoses and a coolant hose that runs from the water pump to the radiator.

2022年1月7日 · For reference, the coolant valve is located to the right and below the T30 that holds the air pipe. On my car, there is another air hose that blocks the lower T30 that holds on the coolant valve. See below for reference.

2023年10月29日 · Does anyone know the location of the heater control valve? My heaters are blowing cold, there’s plenty of coolant in the system and I don’t think the heater matrix is blocked. If I can find the location of this then surely just feeling the hoses will tell me if it’s working or not?

2014年6月27日 · It's in the heater box right at the back behind the glove box. You will not have had the heater matrix out unless you really meant to, the engine coolant runs through it.

2016年8月25日 · Some heater control valves will be located in the engine compartment at or near the passenger side firewall. Others are located behind the dashboard near the passenger footwell. Refer to the factory service manual for your vehicle to determine the exact location.
