Roughly $35k all in I believe including the base car brand new. Cheap to run and very reliable. The two most important factors for a beginner car.

2023年5月6日 · The LC rally car is sick. It's like an 10th buggy with short arms and rally wheels. You can mid mount the motor and add center diff with parts from the LC 10th buggy. I think Xray XB4 parts will fit too. I want one. SNRC DT2 is another option. It's more like a lifted belt drive touring car vs a narrowed buggy like the LC.

2019年3月9日 · Cheap stage rally is hard to do, but you're absolutely best off finding an already built car and just using that, building a car from the ground up can easily cost 10x what you'd spend to buy a car that's already complete and ready to go.

As others suggested, you might be better off buying a used rally car. Being that you are in the US, join the “North American Rally (FS/FT/WTB” Facebook group. There are cars in all price ranges that come up fairly often. There’s a caged and logbooked 2001 Focus ZX3 (L2WD CLASS) up for sale right now for $17,000.

2022年10月27日 · I did SCCA rallycross with a Dodge Neon my buddies and I bought together. With some cheap snow tires off Craigslist. We eventually did a bunch of stuff to it, but you can get by with something cheap. I think altogether we had less than $1000 in it and almost everything came out of a junkyard.
