2009年1月25日 · I use Coluracetam intermittently amongst a few other nootropics and while I remember noticing some mild mood-brightening effects for a while, honestly like all the 'racetams and most other nootropics I've tried (except Phenylpiracetam) it seems like these effects faded to the point that I am not confident I could distinguish them from placebo.

And it costs the same or even more than most psychedelics, so I'm still waiting on more research on it before I try it out.

2016年1月20日 · Aniracetams metabolite N-Anisoyl-GABA is a gaba receptor agonist (not sure about selectivity) but it modulates glutamate levels. It simultaneously has nootropic effects and anxiolytic effects. That combined with Coluracetam pretty much temporarily got rid of my anxiety and depression when I was in the midst of a psychotic break.

2009年7月26日 · Aniracetam and Coluracetam seem to be much better and more dependable anxiolytics. GABA b antagonism during acute withdrawal from GABAergics seems like it would make things worse. If I were in that situation I would just do a slow taper to whichever GABAergic I was using and then try the fasoracetam during the post acute withdrawal phase.
