2009年4月6日 · My friend brought an aquarium from them 2 years ago that sprung a leak last month, he hasn’t heard from them despite multiple attempts. I tried contacting them also with no response. I have a crystal dynamics tank and now worried about my warranty also.

2009年5月11日 · I just had the seem burst on my 120 gallon that I've had for a few years. The only tanks I have access to right now to replace it are more Crystal Dynamics. Just trying to gauge whether or not this is a normal thing or if they are generally ok. Please let me know your experiences with them. Thanks.

2024年11月2日 · I searched on californias Secretary of State website though and on July 9th, Zoya filed to terminate the crystal dynamics aquarium manufacturing llc. So I am pretty sure at this point, unless someone were to have an issue and pursue it with an attorney since the llc’s privelages are ceased, we simply don’t have a warranty anymore.

2018年1月6日 · Crystal Dynamics near San Diego. The tank is 275 gallons (The tank is 84" long, 30" deep and 28") and the stand is stainless steel clad in Maple, the tank specs are insane. Seriously re enforced and built for strength. Trent and Zoya were really good. The only downside was the customer service was a little lacking at times.

Not defending Embracer, but we really should stop the doom and gloom. Many other studios will be in big jeopardy before Crystal Dynamics is remotely affected.

2022年7月26日 · I love my Crystal Dynamics tank and stand. I had a bit of a custom job done, 6+ years and all is well (knock on wood). Sad to hear this as I would have gone with them when/if I needed another tank. I agree, a public statement would have been the right thing to do.
