2022年1月14日 · Between the two you can see some degradation in the top right corner of the front of the epoxy, look closely near the bun as it rotates and you'll see what look like air/where the bun has pulled away from the epoxy where it's not visible on the 3 month update

2024年2月10日 · So I decided to recreate it in miniature size. I used polymer clay to create the hot dog and sealed it in resin. Still new to resin so forgive the bubbles. If you have no idea what Epoxy Hot Dog is/was, there's a subreddit for it

2021年4月14日 · as someone who knows how to can foods, it really depends on the acidity of the hot dog. if it's acidic (PH below 4.6 usually) just getting the thing you're canning hot (boil for 15ish minutes) will prevent botulism. if it's low acidity you will need to use a pressure canner at between 10-15 lbs pressure. i don't think the resin would be hot enough to preserve the hot dog

I’m curious to know if there’s a way to coat the hotdog in epoxy without a mold or without any additional epoxy surrounding the hotdog. And as a middle aged man in 2020 I watched this clip of a hot dog encased in epoxy slowly rotate for 30 seconds, on my phone, while taking a dump, during a global pandemic. Goosebumps all over.
