2016年11月11日 · Etretat may enchant you to linger longer than planned. We enjoyed a long afternoon through sunset there in 2012. Fecamp has the Benedictine Monastery and tour, which we enjoyed, as we do a lot of wine & liquor tours when in Europe.

2021年5月6日 · Rouen to Etretat and back is nearly one full day, regardless whether you’re backtracking to Rouen for the night or staying in Etretat (personally, I would elect to go from Rouen to Etretat and then work my way south down the coast). If you stop in Honfleur, give it a half-day or stop for dinner and spend the night. It’s a gorgeous port town.

2015年4月28日 · I also was in Etretat on a mid-week day and I was able to find a spot in town without too much trouble. Maybe you'll get lucky too. EDIT Wow, I didn't realize how lucky I was getting a space to park on the main street in Etretat. I was there on a wednesday in July 3 years ago - and it was a nice weather day too.

2022年7月17日 · It is definitely worth going to Etretat, but we had a rental car. We drove from Honfleur to Sainte Adresse to Etretat and ended at Giverny. However, if this is just one day from Bayeux to Honfleur, you will find plenty to do in Honfleur. I wouldn't take a half day away to go to Etretat because you won't have near enough time for charming Honfleur.

2017年2月12日 · Since Etretat under different light is one of your priorities, you may be interested in the Eugene Boudin Art Museum in Honfleur. Boudin is known for his seaside and Etretat paintings and was an influence on and a precursor to the Impressionists. But for art and history, the Bayeux tapestry is a must. So much to see!

2018年2月26日 · Take the Eurostar to Lille and rent a car. Drive to Etretat and Honfleur and spend the night there. Then spend the day touring the coast, with a possible stop in Bayeux, ending up at MSM in the afternoon. The next day you can return the car, and catch the train, in Rennes. See Giverny as a half-day trip from Paris, by train.

2019年3月1日 · to flesh out Honfluer -> Etretat -> Fecamp a bit more, I suggest getting to Honfluer in the morning, say 9am or so. It turns out there are at least 2 kinds of pay lots; one where you pay when you exit by time, the other where you estimate a time (say 2 hours) and prepay a ticket at a machine that you put on the dash.
