2021年12月1日 · Facetime strangeness So on my iPhone SE 15.3.1, I call up a contact. I am offered the option of "Video". I press that, and the text "Facetime" is displayed, with a choice of phone or e-mail. I go with phone. From then on EVERY OTHER CONTACT I OPEN offers me "Facetime", instead of "Video", and doesn't offer me any options of phone versus e-mail.

2017年8月23日 · He can make and receive FaceTime call to anyone, and to me to. On my side I can make and receive FaceTime call to anyone as well, and to him too (using my Mac, and even using my phone by asking Siri to do it for me). But the FaceTime icon stays grey out for that user only. Interesting.

Scroll through the listed apps to see if FaceTime is listed. If it is, uncheck the option to show in the menu bar. If it is not listed: Open the FaceTime app and select FaceTime > Preferences.
