You must meet all the requirements to be eligible to purchase a Hunting License online. If you do not meet all the requirements, you will need to purchase your license through any hunting license vendor or the Division of Forestry and Wildlife Offices at the following locations:

For minors that do not have a valid driver’s license or state ID card the following forms of identification are acceptable: Passport, Birth Certificate or School ID Card.

Include a legible photocopy of a State of Hawai`i Hunting License issued prior to July 1, 1990 or a Hunter Education or Safety Certificate showing that you have successfully completed a course from another state/province.
