2023年4月18日 · This has happened to me at least 5 times in a 2 hr gaming session. I just got my set 2 days ago and it didnt start happening until today. I have the latest synapse software update and the latest firmware so idk what the issue still is. I have been having issues with synapse regularly detecting the headset when I turn it off and then back on again.

2020年12月13日 · as an owner of this (and a ton of other headsets/headphones) this is true. the 3.5mm port is all you need for 3D sound from PS5 and you can use the Mic from the headset as well. it registers the device as a ‘Kraken Headset’ on PS5 when plugged into via usb but the audio seems distorted. Just do that for PCs

2022年2月3日 · I have a Kraken headset with a 3.5mm jack too and it also would work audio only, not mic, on my PC. After looking into it, found that I needed a 3.5mm to USB adapter. The audio and mic both work now with the adapter in use. You can get it on Amazon. Not sure if the other cord you found fixed the issue for you but if not, try giving the adapter ...

2021年7月16日 · Krakens are pretty bad, dark and muddy sound with surface lever details and bad imaging. mh751, hyperx cloud 2's, pc37/38x are the go to "gaming headphones" imo.

2022年8月18日 · The disconnect/overload of the headset occurs when there is a loud sound being played and the RGB lights are maxed out at the same time and the headset gets overloaded. This is still just a workaround and the the headset is faulty from the manufacturer.

2022年7月17日 · The Kraken V3 mic hole has a shape that locks the mic in place. You can buy a replacement in their store. However it'll literally just be the same Mic as the original one. You can either buy a mod mic that'll stick to the headset. or buy a boom arm and condenser microphone if you care about mic quality.

2020年5月20日 · Coming from the Kraken 7.1 V2, everything is the same except the RGB on the outside, audio, the THX button, the volume wheel, cooling gel ear cushions, and that it's compatible with Synapse 3. I prefer the 7.1 surround sound from the Kraken 7.1 V2 as that never messed with the quality of the audio, just made clear where sounds really came from.
