Select from My Computer and use USB Video Device, not Logitech HD Webcam C615. Problem was my C615 would not start on one laptop with Win11, but did on another also with Win11.

My wife's C270 does the same. Both cams work as expected on her HP (my old one with a fresh install of Windows 10).

When I contact Logitech they keep insisting they have no driver and it's a plug and play device. Obviously there is a driver associated with the device. This driver is incompatible with Windows 10 memory core isolation security.

I have a LOGITECH C615 HD WEBCAM installed with latest drivers from LOGITECH itself. Still whenever I start recording game play with the webcam it simply freezes. Please help me in resolving this situation.

2025年1月10日 · Actually what was happening is, my webcam (Logitech c615) was flickering due to low light. Hence to adjust that i tried to use the software given by Logitech. whenever i open the application, the webcam works there but while I try to connect it to ZOOM, the webcam doesn't open or turn on the video.
