2019年2月11日 · IMO, Lugol's (a mixture of I2 and I-) is not the best iodine supplement for a chemical form perspective, but I do not think it gets any worse over time. It probably gets better if iodate (IO3-) is slowly formed and iodine (I2) is slowly declining.
