2024年4月12日 · Opening PDF dirctly from the default viewer on Old Outlook works on same PC, New Outlook does not. Tried the repair option and setting default PDF, but that didn't fix it. Considering a Reset next then full uninstall and reinstall. Probably another dumb oversight like removing the link preview when hovering over a link in an email.

A lot of us don't want all these extra features, we just want to be able to check our mail easily and quickly. I use Outlook for my work and I need my emails to be read and viewed quickly but the New Outlook is clumsy to use and makes my work take longer.

2020年7月15日 · If you enter outlook in safe mode, press start + r then enter command 'outlook /safe' Go into options, take away all the add-ins and update outlook. It works. Update all drivers , Update windows first. Seems like it kind of sorted it self out after a while to. lysilvany
