2015年7月10日 · The Phantasm's special ability (Auto-Homing Arrows on a target you're consistently hitting with regular arrows) got nerfed from 100% WEAPON DMG to like 15-20 DMG. (Not sure if the homing arrows take into account armor rating or just ignore it.)

2022年8月25日 · Phantasm has incredibly high damage, you can use it with ichor or holy arrows to shred bosses apart, and with chlorophyte arrows to kill enemies on pillars. Eventide with wooden arrows has piercieng projectiles not affected by gravity. It useful on events like both moons or old one's army.

2020年6月22日 · It goes like this: Phantasm does more damage but you actually have to aim with it while the Vortex Beater with Chlorophyte bullets might take a little bit longer but you get to focus more on dodging. I prefer the Phantasm because it's so satisfying seeing the Moon Lord's health going down so fast with pre-Moon Lord gear.

It make sense phantasm is the best bow since it will be last bow you can get, Comparing Phantasm to Eventide or tsunami is like comparing lunar flare to Razorpine. Tsunami is Perfect weapon for mech boss yet Phantasm is not good weapon for endgame.
