Neighbor had troubles with Chinese led 4 foot lamps that were only 4 years old in his barn Figured this was a safer way to go as they can be replaced from the floor with a pole.

2013年2月6日 · I have completed a 48x50 pole barn and left 3' on my lengthwise wall to put up the panels. I bounce back and forth from the clear to the translucent white, but it's time to decide. I like the look of the white better from seeing other photos of eave lighting, but prefer the clear when it comes to the lighting aspect.

2005年11月8日 · I ran 2" PVC conduit to it during construction, in anticipation of future needs. I have been getting by ok with a single direct-bury, 15 amp wire that my grandad ran to the previous barn, that was on the same site. With modern LED lighting, that single 15 amp circuit has been working ok, but running everything on extension cords is getting old.

2004年2月17日 · as far as lighting rods, normally the rods are all tied into a metal wire which is then run all the way down into the ground with a grounding rod. the cable/wire will draw the lighting around the structure into the earth, hopefully avoiding damage to the building. usually only works ONCE then requires repair.
