As others have said, its probably because depression killed the gratitude and happiness she should’ve felt, and knowing Sayori she probably felt like she way lying to mc and that just made her feel more worthless. Not to mention her depression was way over the limit thanks to Monika so it probably literally felt as of she was being stabbed

But is injured on the way to the hospital as is put into a coma for seven years. The mod focuses on his struggles to reintegrate into society his relationship with Sayori. As well as a mystery element.

2017年12月7日 · In the traceback.txt, Monika actually seems to assert that Sayori killing herself made things even harder for her, as it meant she had to completely re-write the game to work without Sayori. MC wants to leave the club after Sayori's death, and if MC isn't around, then Monika loses her medium for communication with the outside world (us players).
