2021年8月4日 · The reviewer can do this even if he or she is not assigned the paper. Not sure if it is accepted easily by the headquarters if they do so. I never tried but the platform allows this. You just need to give the MR number of your paper to the reviewer and they can manually enter the number in the platform and open the reviewing page for your paper.
