2005年5月2日 · The best sled for water is a 500-up liquid cooled sled. A 500 can beat a 800 believe it or not on water pending on the drag race. It all comes down to clutching. The best clutched sled is the one that is going to win the race. If the race is starting at the water edge and is only 300-600 ft long, a 500 clutched better than the 800 will win.

2009年2月11日 · Take off the seat of course, tie on a bouy so you dont lose it if you go down, some guys lik eto set up the undercarrrige so the skiis dont touch the water, and ive heard of rejetting but i havent done it for water, uh tape off every opening so the belt doenst get wet, take the hood off, lots of stuff you can do

2008年8月26日 · Well I hate to water skip, just hard on sleds is all. But durring the spring break up of the sea ice we usualy travel. So once and a while we have to cross large cracks in the sea ice. Well I was pulling about 500lbs. of gear with my sled (A wooden sled a tow behind my snowmobile) when I came to one of these cracks.

2011年1月5日 · So on the weekend of February 12th, on the 12th itself on Pickerel Lake, near Antigo or Summit Lake, WI, there is this get together with a TON of sled guys. They skip water, with sleds, fourwheelers, dirtbikes, and it is a great time. Awesome to watch and or participate. No charges to enter or watch. Hundreds of sleds get together to see this.
