Like the first writer my screen goes black for 3-5 seconds and then comes back on again at random intervals. I get the message "The best driver software for your device is up to date" too if I try to make driver updates.

I have downloaded the user manual and have all the necessary cables. Everything powers on, and is connected appropriately. I have read through the instructions and downloaded the driver for the monitor.

2021年3月18日 · I've seen a similar case, the user connected the monitor to his computer with an HDMI cable, but the camera wasn't being recognized by Windows. He also connected a USB cable linking the monitor to the computer and the webcam worked. Have you also connected the USB cable? I hope this helps.

2023年12月3日 · When I connect my monitor (Lenovo Thinkvision 1920x1200) to my laptop (HP 840 G6, Windows 11) it makes the connection sound and the screen even makes some kind of animation where it briefly shrinks but windows doesn't detect the monitor and so it doesn't turn on.
