2022年8月24日 · So I recently got a 50$ vanilla visa gift card and was going to but some stuff on amazon with it. It said it couldn't verify the card or the card was invalid so i tried to check and it didn;t let me. I eventually found a workaround by using a different browser and my balance was $50 i looked around and couldn't find any fixes.

Tried to link it to doordash, but it wants a zip code, the paper with the terms and conditions doesn't have one, the website doesn't list one, tried my zip, the office zip, and our shop zip, nothing works. Been looking at posts on here and googling info doesn't seem to provide an answer.

2022年3月3日 · They googled "check vanilla gift card balance" and clicked a link to a page that looks identical to the vanilla site. She entered her card info to check balance and then later learned she lost $30. It's a kid using this gift card so hopefully vanilla can cancel the charge or do something to help refund the money.

I have a vanilla gift card I got for Christmas when I opened it. Two of the digits in the middle of the card were ripped off and could not be found. I’ve tried to go to Walmart and purchase something with the card, a salon, a restaurant and no luck. I called vanilla gift card and I was on the waiting list for 45 minutes with no answer.
