Unlocking a scroll is a simple procedure. While holding the scroll to be unlocked and a runestone, WAVE MY [stone/shard/etc.] AT MY [scroll/vellum/etc.]. Assuming the type of runestone being used can unlock at least the lowest level spell on the scroll, the user's skills will be checked against the difficulty of the spell and the overall scroll.
