Galgali (ガルガリ Garugari?) was the Violence Fiend (暴 ぼう 力 りょく の 魔 ま 人 じん Bōryoku no Majin?) and a Public Safety Devil Hunter from Tokyo Special Division 4. He serves as a supporting character in the Public Safety Saga.

Fiends are Devils that have taken over human corpses as their last resort to survive. [1] . Devils lose a significant amount of their supernatural power and ability to perform contracts after becoming a Fiend. Fiends can be identified by their distinct head shapes, [1] such as Power 's horns, Beam 's shark head or Pingtsi 's hair.
