2023年11月30日 · Hi there, I have the Best Buy credit card and had about $100 in rewards certificates, one of which was worth $50. They're all expiring soon, so this morning I went to Best Buy to use them. The cashier told me she couldn't use the $50 reward certificate because the subtotal had to equal $50.

2022年10月21日 · If an extra 4% back on Best Buy purchases as store credit is more valuable to you than travel rewards, sure. Edit: But the US Bank Altitude Reserve gives 4.5% effective back since Best Buy accepts Apple Pay, so that card would be better for many. Please note, the Best Buy card offers 0% financing OR an extra 4% back. Not both.

2021年3月13日 · When the receipt prints, ask them to do a best buy rewards adjustment. Give them the phone number tied to the secondary account. They can apply the $5 there and it will refund the $5 + sales tax to your form of payment, effectively using a certificate from those two different accounts

Do I get reward certificate back if I return/cancel an order?
So I wound up calling Best Buy, and they said their internal records show 1,000 points that will be added to my account today (equal to the $20 reward cert that I used for a purchase I returned). They said it would show up by the end of the day. For what it is worth, it is the 7th business day after I made the return.
