For me, the best Dragon Ball MUGEN so far, with Hyper Dragon Ball Z! Here it is Ultra Dragon Ball Z by theGuzyo. This game mixed up Dragon Ball characters from Hyper Dragon Ball Z and DBZ Extreme Butoden, in sprites and gameplay, with the addition of the great Uno Tag System.

Goku marks the beginning of the Z2 era, where Dragonball characters are finally done justice in Mugen! No more 1-button-press-100-hit beams, no overly flashy and pointless transformations, no midget characters compared to Street Fighters, no eardrum-shattering sound effects.
