2023年9月17日 · This worked for me installing Digital Image Suite 9 after several tries today, December 11, 2023 on a brand new Dell Windows 11 64 bit. I was able to sign out as recommended by clicking on START menu, then my profile and the option is available. I'm so happy I was able to get this to work. Thanks for the work around!!
