UniFi Talk third-generation phones are compatible with any PBX that adheres to the standard SIP protocol and does not require proprietary firmware. Verified compatible providers include RingCentral, Zoom, Voip.ms, Freeswitch, Nextiva, Asterisk, CallCentric, 3CX, and others.

Currently, UniFi Talk subscription service is only available in the US, the UK, and Canada, but we are working on bringing the service to other territories and countries. Outside of these supported regions, unlocked UniFi Talk phones can be used with third-party SIP providers.
