2014年1月17日 · Blue and green are linguistically confused in Japanese. EG, traffic lights are green, but they use the word aoi--which is blue. This actually makes Japanese people misidentify green/blue more than English speakers.

2018年2月21日 · This family’s poison typing refers to the toxins carried by many amphibians. Bulbasaur and Ivysaur have smooth frog-like skin which is speckled like many poison dart frog species. Bulbasaur’s hollowless ears resemble parotoid glands - glands found on some frogs and toads which secrete toxins.

The bulbasuar line, poliwag line, tympole line and bellibolt are all closer to toads with short legs, rough skin, terrestrial dwelling, and crawl/walk as opposed to hop. Meanwhile, froakie and crogunk are more frog-like being associated with water, long legs, and hop.

Pokemon fans just don't like being told that their games aren't all fantastic. 2022年10月14日 · What bugs me about the eyes isn't so much that they're creepy, it's that it isn't an actual frog even though it's called the EleFrog Pokémon. It looks more like a Kirby character when you look at its actual face. A big blob with stubby limbs and a friendly smiley face that only very loosely resembles a fake frog.
