Our compost pile has grown - off come the training wheels!! I start out using fence posts to help secure our GEOBIN compost bin's shape and to keep it from blowing away. Our compost took a little time to really build up, but if you're able to start out with a large amount of waste, you can skip this step altogether. Now that our bin is about halfway full, I feel confident in removing the stakes. I will begin building a companion pile next to this one to collect fresh scraps while this one finish
