Smashed, crispy broccoli and cauliflower, with crispy chilli oil and cheese 🧀🌶️ I saw someone make smashed garlic broccoli on TikTok and wanted to make my own version, so here it is. This can be made in an oven if you don't have an air fryer. Just get it really hot and cook until crispy. Don't forget to season with flakey sea salt too.
