Customer states “my transmission is slipping, and wont shift out of 1st gear” I was going to ask specifically which complaint was more accurate, were the rpms going up and the vehicle wasn’t accelerating, or was it just stuck in 1st gear? But once i dropped the pan, i knew a more accurate explanation wasn’t necessary.
