For many people with trichotillomania, hair pulling is a way of dealing with negative or uncomfortable feelings, such as stress, anxiety, tension, boredom, loneliness, fatigue or frustration. My client came to me after trying to use hair extensions to disguise the patches made by hair pulling but there wasn’t much hair to cover anymore so we opted for a mesh integration. When we took it off to refit it we are so pleased that that its grown thicker and shes not touched the mesh either 😍 #trich
