A cozy rainy day on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail 🥃 Drive down the rolling and hills and Kentucky back roads to get to this Castle ✨. This limestone castle was built in 1887 and was the site of the Old Taylor Distillery created by Colonel E.H. Taylor. He had a vision to make it look attractive and bring tourists into the area which wasn't something other distilleries weren't doing. Old Taylor Distillery shut down in the 1970s and was abandoned.
