The adductors can anteriorly tilt the pelvis but they are not the main contributor. If your pelvis is anteriorly tipped I would be checking for short and tight quads, lumbar erectors and long and weak lower ab and hamstrings. If the adductors are tight they can create knee pain and problems in the hip. Use a deep tissue ball and give this a try. Much love. | Corrective Culture
