TRAIN YOUR BARRE PROPERLY ✨ HOLD TURNOUT I always see the mistake at the barre of allowing the supporting leg to suffer, for the sake of getting the other leg high. If there’s anything that I feel was absolutely hammered home into my training, it was that both sides have to work together and that the inside shoulder, hip, and foot need to be really held like a solid statue as the working leg moves. This is absolutely critical in gaining strength, isolation, and optimal lines. Always focus on 3D
