I’m not much of a baker, but I’ll fancy up a box mix cake every once in awhile. The cake is a yellow box mix cake (two 8” rounds) with diced strawberries mixed in. Icing is whipped cream cheese mixed with honey, and the filling is cream cheese, honey, and more diced strawberries. Super easy, super tasty, and not overly sweet.
