OK THIS WAS TERRIFYING but wearing a comfy leotard makes it better* 😌 A round off back tuck is a very basic skill for most gymnasts and doesn't look impressive considering I had two spotters, but as someone who only learnt to cartwheel at 26 this was extremely not basic to me. More so since I've adjusted my expectations in gymnastics these days while I'm healing my wee little burnt out brain, so it's always a surprise to find I'm in that mental headspace of "I'm scared but I'm ready to try 😤"
