An extraordinary animal experience: I found this terrified adandoned baby squirrel and spent the day with it while a friend made calls to find someone who rehabilitates squirrels. This baby became so attached to me it would not let me put it down, and clung to my fingers. I don’t think it had eaten solid food before I gave it an almond. It finally ate 1/2 the almond. It took about 20 minutes. By mid-day, he running round and round my neck as if it were a tree trunk. This happened a few years. I
