Do you use the rubber band trick when feeding your starter? An easy way to visually track growth! If you’re having issues with your starter not rising here’s my advice- just keep feeding it! Discard the majority of it and feed it. If the starter is fermenting quickly (common in the heat) you can even go to feeding it twice a day. Just like us, nothing a good feeding can’t do to cheer us up! One more thing, if you are using cups make sure to half your water. Flour and water do not weigh the same
