gave the squat rack a new usage🤓 BUT let’s speak facts. warming up effectively is not just fancy or for beginners… it’s actually cool if you have less of a risk to get INJURED cause your joints are already mobile. imagine being able to LIFT MORE cause u did your mobility work & now you have no muscle stiffness also your muscles will be PREPARED cause active mobility movements increased blood flow & brought nutrients in your muscles BUT coolest: u can flex with mobility😇 #mobility #mobilitytrai
