Learn how to stop a nosebleed 👇✳️Don’t pinch the bridge of your nose, this won’t help!✳️Pinch the soft area towards the bottom of the nose (nasal alae).✳️Tilt your head forward. This will drain blood into the nose instead of into the back of the throat.✳️Squeeze your nose shut for at least 15 minutes. In children, squeeze for only 10 minutes. Do not realize the pressure until before the time is up. If you keep checking it will reduce the likelihood of the bleeding stopping.✳️If bleeding persist
